Refunds depend on how your solution is delivered

OptiBot provides custom automation projects with source-code delivery or hosting by OptiBot. We confirm the delivery arrangement and applicable refund terms in writing before payment.

1. Source-Code Delivery

Once you receive the source code, the project is non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Before source-code delivery, cancellation and refund arrangements are set out in the written project agreement.

2. Solutions Hosted by OptiBot

If OptiBot hosts your solution and you have not received its source code, the project is eligible for a refund. The written quote specifies the request period, refundable amount, and processing arrangements before payment.

3. Existing Agreements

This update does not remove refund rights already promised under an existing agreement, including any previously agreed 7-day refund period. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
