1. Acceptance of Terms

These terms apply to OptiBot's website and custom automation services. Paid development begins after you accept a written project scope and quote. The free automation review does not commit you to a paid project.

2. Project Scope and Delivery

The written scope defines the workflow, deliverables, testing, access requirements, and delivery arrangements. If OptiBot hosts the solution, the quote also specifies the hosting period, costs, maintenance, support, and arrangements for ending the service.

3. Ownership

Source-code delivery, ownership, and usage rights are specified in the written quote before payment. Hosting a solution with OptiBot does not by itself include source-code delivery or transfer ownership.

4. Payments and Refunds

Project prices, any deposit, payment milestones, and separate hosting or support charges are agreed in writing before payment. Refund eligibility depends on whether source code has been delivered or OptiBot hosts the solution. Please read our Refund Policy.

5. Limitations

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We work to resolve issues according to the agreed plan and support terms.

6. Updates

We may update these website terms. Updates do not remove rights or commitments already agreed for an existing project or service.
