Unless a one-time code purchase is made, all bots remain property of OptiBot and are licensed for use under the chosen subscription plan. Source code is not shared or transferred unless explicitly stated.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the end of the current billing cycle. Access to the service will be revoked upon cancellation or non-payment.
While we strive to provide highly reliable bots, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Clients are encouraged to report issues, which will be addressed according to their plan’s support level.
We may update these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the service implies acceptance of the updated terms.
